With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard C. Winchester of Oxford, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 25, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore C. Winchester and Mabel Smiley Winchester. He is survived by: his wife Constance Cross Winchester; his daughters, Sherry Hunter (John, Jr.) of Birdsboro and Laurie Harper (Stephen) of Culloden, WV; his grandchildren, John Hunter, Colleen Hunter, Kacee Hunter, April Harper and Chloe Harper; and his sister Dorothy Kane.
