He was predeceased by: his parents, John Twaddell and Alice Guild Twaddell. He is survived by: his wife Mary Leonard Twaddell; and his children, Raymond S. Twaddell, Jr. and Sharon L. Walraven (Harry) of Kirkwood, PA. He is also survived by four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
