He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond C. Patrick and Edna E. Pierce Patrick; his wife Sheila Pinno Patrick; and his brothers, Gwyn C. Patrick Sr. and Gene F. Patrick.
He is survived by: his sons, Vernon J. Patrick (Katy) and Kelly L. Wilson (Patrick); his grandchildren, Emma Patrick, Ava Patrick, Victoria Wilson, Carolyn Wilson and Benjamin Wilson; and his siblings, Terry Patrick (Glenda), Ronald Patrick (Susan), Brenda Holston (Lawrence) and Sandra Slauch (John).
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the American Legion Mason Dixon Post 194 Honor Guard, Rising Sun, MD 21911.
