It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randal C. Brewer (Oxford, Pennsylvania), born in West Grove, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 25, 2020, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Talmadge C. Brewer and Frances Ward Brewer. He is survived by: his siblings, Sandra Reese (Kevin) of Windsor, Charles Brewer of Charlestown, MD and Clifford Brewer (Evelyn) of Creston, NC; and his nieces, Heather Clinton, Annabelle Bennett, Amanda Brewer and Tiffany Drury.
