Phil Dann Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Phil Dann of Oxford, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 30, 2024 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Phil departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Phil may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Phil leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynn Bruce Dann and Violet Smith Dann; his son Joel Dann; and his sisters, Nelda and Joyce.
He is survived by: his children, Dr. Lynn Philip Dann II (Kathleen Breedlove) of Sylva, NC, Kathleen Hall and Donalyn Key (Steven) of Strasburg, VA; and his sister RuAnn Thompson. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Woodhull Cemetery Chapel (5404 NY-417, Woodhull, NY 14898).
Memorial donations are suggested for the American Red Cross.
