It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penny S. Peters of Oxford, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 7, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Rev. Edwin A. Patmore and Armatha Marie Baker Patmore; her husband Robert K. Peters; her sons, Nicholas Peters and Chad Peters (Kaitlin); her grandchildren, Nicholas Peters, Tristan Baker, Jonas Peters and Presley Peters; and her brother Rev. Richard Patmore (Elizabeth).
