He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Osborne and Janet M. Osborne-Kilgore. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Riccardelli Osborne of Quarryville; his children, Shelby Osborne of Nottingham, Tony Osborne and Kyle Osborne of Quarryville; and his sister Lisa Osborne Hall (Rick) of Peach Bottom. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Jr. Funeral Home, Inc. (86 Pine St, Oxford, PA 19363). A memorial service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
