Charlton (Oxford, Pennsylvania), born in West Grove, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 7, 2019, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Wayne Charlton; and his daughter Rachel Charlton. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Teel Charlton; his mother Glenda Griffith Kopf of Oxford; his children, Kristy M. Hagy (Gary) of Oxford, Scott W. Charlton of Oxford and Gary O. Charlton of Oxford; his grandchildren, Hannah Hagy and Nolan Hagy; and his siblings, Rob Charlton of Nottingham and Donna Burchett of Oxford.
