Marguerite E. Lowe Obituary
Marguerite E. Lowe was called home on Wednesday September 6, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. She was born May 20, 1923 in Downingtown, PA, the only child of Irene and George Donley. She was predeceased by two beloved husbands, James G. O. Sumner in 1969, and Roger Lowe in 2010. She is survived by her five children, Jeanne Letterman (John), Lena Hansen (Floyd), Beverly McDowell (Melvin), Shirley Arnold (Jerry), and James G. Sumner (Etha).
She is also survived by two step-daughters, Judy Fingerle (Nicholas) and Norma Jean Brown (John). Margie loved and enjoyed her extended family which included sixteen grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, and eight great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her grandson, Dennis Letterman. Family and friends are invited to her visitation on Saturday September 9, 2017 at the Oxford Church of the Nazarene 116 E. Locust Street, Oxford, PA 19363 from 10-11am.
Her Funeral Service will follow at 11. Interment will be in the Oxford Cemetery. In lieu of flowers , donations in her memory can be made to the Oxford Church of the Nazarene.
