He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvis R. Kramer and Lucille Kramer; and his siblings, Robert Kramer and Sue Hill. He is survived by: his wife Sara Jane of Oxford, PA; his sons, David (Mimi) of Landrum, SC, Alan of Coatesville, PA and Mark (Amy) of Landenberg, PA; and his sister Nancy of Cheshire, CT.. He is also survived by five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
