Mullin (Oxford, Pennsylvania), born in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 29, 2018, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Aloysius O'Neill and Anna T. Grace O.; her daughter Sharon A. Neel; her siblings, John O'Neill, Jen Dunn, Peg Barwell, Helen Frederick, Marguerite DiNorsia, Marion Tilley and Grace Campbell; and her great grandchild You.
She is survived by: her great-grandparent Aunt; her spouse Ralph "Jiggs" A. Mullin; her sons, Michael S. Mullin of Bowie, MD and Samuel "Bo" A. Mullin (Joy) of Lincoln University, PA; and also Neill. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
