We are sad to announce that on May 17, 2019, Joy U. Garber (Oxford, Pennsylvania), born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Richard I. Garber; her parents, Ellis Updegraff and Laura Greene Updegraff; and her siblings, Margaret Jane McMaster and Pete Updegraff.
She is survived by: her niece Laura Linda Lewis; and her nephew William Lewis. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Neighborhood Hospice, 400 E Marshall St., West Chester, PA 19380.
