He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Kellems; his daughters, Mary Ann and Jennifer Waite (Michael); his brother Herb; his nephew Tom; his son-in-law Michael; his grandchildren, Matthew Lammert (Lisa), Luke Page, Michael Page, Cody Lammert, Ryan Waite and Alex Waite; and his great grandchildren, Andrew, Abigail, Aidan Lammert, Ike and Theo Page.
