He was predeceased by: his father John Patrick Cassidy of Oxford. He is survived by: his mother JoAnn Coker Cassidy of Oxford; his daughter Crystal Thomas of Delta, PA; and his brother Cody Cassidy (Kate) of Gap, PA. He is also survived by his many uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
