He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Moulder and Phonsie Miller Moulder; his son John H. Moulder, Jr.; and his siblings, Alfred Moulder, Priscilla McCormick, Jean Thompson and Toppy Maxwell.
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Moulder; and his children, Eric Moulder (Camela), Cindy Owen (Mike), Donna Kelly (Steve) and Lisa McNamara (Shannon). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations in John's memory be made to Willow Tree Hospice, 616 E. Cypress St., Kennett Square, PA 19348.
