He was predeceased by: his parents, John Charles Sr. and Violet Dewalt Lilley; and his sister Lois Ann Lilley Diehl (Bill). He is survived by: his wife Kathy Jane Woodring Lilley; his children, Clark Lilley of Paradise, PA and Taryn Hand (Ben) of Hiram, GA; and his grandsons, Ethan, Aiden, Gavin and Dawson.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Oxford Presbyterian Church, PSEA, or CMTA.
