He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. Harper and Betty Grace Johnson Harper. He is survived by: his siblings, Jeannie Potter (Don) and Michael Harper.
A graveside service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and at 11:45 AM at the Union Hill Cemetery (424 N Union St, Kennett Square, PA 19348).
