He was predeceased by: his wife Charlotte Marie Sadnick Weaver; his parents, Warren W. Weaver and Beatrice G. Wilson Weaver; his children, Tracy Ann Perkins (Jon) of Normal, IL and Heidi Lyn Thompson (John) of Oxford, PA; and his grandchildren, Andrew (K'thena), Justin Perkins, Lauryn (Bryce) and Aubrey.
He is survived by: his brothers, William W. Weaver (Shirley) of Morris, IL and John C. Weaver (Margaret) of Dwight, IL..
During the height of covid even though James was ill and still seeing doctors he sewed close to 1000 masks that he gave to the nurses and physicians when he would go to appointments.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to Shriners Children's Fund.
