He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Colson Haney and Mary Townsend Haney. He is survived by: his brothers, Michael Paul Haney of Oxford and Stephen Douglas Haney of Oxford; his uncle John Latta Haney; and his aunt Joyce Tracio. He is also survived by aunts and cousins.

A graveside service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Faggs Manor Cemetery (505 Street Rd, Cochranville, PA 19330).
