He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan H. Witt Sr. (Ivan) and Enis W. Best (Monterastelli); and his father-in-law Frederick J. Best. He is survived by: his aunt Sally Witt of Buffalo Grove, IL.; his family, Tim and Dale Kerns of Rising Sun, MD; and his friend Brian Quinn.
