He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Arthur and Alvina Gertrude Kiser; his son Brandon O'Farrell; and his sister Nancy Hubert. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Marcus Testerman, Peyton Blowers, Clarence Timothy Meadows and Brandon Matthews Meadows; his great grandchild Janayah Noelle Testerman; and his sisters, Ann Sawyers and Barbara Lyonsberry.
