He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard O., Sr. and A. Lorraine Robbins Urbine; his adoptive parents, David Eppler, Sr. (Jodi) of Colorado, David Eppler, Jr. of Colorado and Emmalyn Eppler of Colorado; and his brother George Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Holly L. Giles Urbine; his children, Howard O. Urbine, III (Diana) of Quarryville and Jennifer Hornickle (Timothy) of West Chester; and his grandchildren, Wyatt Urbine, Emma Urbine, Katie Urbine, Annabelle Urbine, Alexander Hornickle and Lillianna Hornickle. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
