He is survived by: his son Dennis Tester of Mt. City, TN; his grandchildren, Nickie, Joey, Johnny, Dustin, Brandy and Candace; and his siblings, Larry Ham, Kenny Ham, Bobby Ham, Lois Riley and Mary Brackins. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
