With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel Marie Spencer Windle (Oxford, Pennsylvania), who passed away on August 8, 2019 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas W. Windle; and her parents, Harlan Spencer and Olive Janney Spencer. She is survived by: her children, Denise Green, Michael Windle and Lyn Casteneda. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Oxford United Methodist Church, 18 Addison St. Oxford, PA 19363.
