He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Decker and Joan Decker; his brother David; and his nephew David, Jr. (Gary). He is survived by: his girlfriend Joanne Sampson; his adoptive daughter Dr. Christy Decker; his sister Sharon; and his siblings-in-law, Al Tentilucci and Sarah Decker.
