She was predeceased by: her parents, James E. Moore and Frieda B. Kuerleber Moore; and her brothers, William Moore and Roger Moore. She is survived by: her husband David D. Apgar; her children, Rodger Goodwin (Lisa) of North East, MD, Angel Goodwin (Heath) of New Orleans, LA, Ray Goodwin (Cassandra) of Rising Sun, MD, Jacquline Goodwin of Conowingo, MD and Marcas Goodwin of North East, MD; her grandchildren, Courtney, Brittney, Matthew, Alexis, Cadance, Dillon, Noah, Emily and Nathaniel; and her sisters, Marilyn Fraizer of Peach Bottom, Linda Hensel of Nottingham and Rose Mary Marrero of Perryville, MD.. She is also survived by 4 greatgrandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Jr. Funeral Home, Inc. (86 Pine St, Oxford, PA 19363). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to offset funeral costs.
