She was predeceased by: her husband Albert Lewis Dempsey. She is survived by: her children, Bobbie Jo Robertson of North Bethesda, MD. and Michael Dempsey of Oxford, PA.; and her sister Jane Zimmerman of Stevens, PA.. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.
