It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Parnell Rutledge of Oxford, Pennsylvania, born in Vicksburg, Mississippi, who passed away on April 24, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband James Doyle Rutledge, Jr.; her parents, Henry Parnell and Vera Strickland Parnell; her sister Bobbie Gail Pender; and her sisters-in-law, Frances Towles and Lynette Donaldson.
She is survived by: her children, Angela Meredith (Bill) of Oxford and Stephen T. Rutledge of Greenville, MS; and her grandchildren, Amy Lauren Meredith of Oxford, Taylor Meredith of Oxford and Landon Meredith of Oxford. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
