It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Elaine Parsons (Oxford, Pennsylvania), born in West Chester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 26, 2018, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent John Whisman; her siblings, David Whisman, Danny Whisman and Peggy Bove; and her grandson John Taylor.
She is survived by: her spouse Kyle Parsons of Oxford; her parent Margaret Moser Whisman; her daughters, Michelle Taylor and Pauline Shute; her siblings, John Whisman, Jr. of Christiana, PA, Charles Whisman of North East, MD and Patricia Pierce of Oxford; and her friend Phyllis Walls of Oxford. She is also survived by three step-children; five grandchildren; several step-grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the funeral home to help offset funeral expenses.
