David M. Bailiff Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David M. Bailiff of Oxford, Pennsylvania, born in Wilmington, Delaware, who passed away on September 20, 2022, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Roosevelt Bailiff, Jr. and Kay Bailiff (Parks). He is survived by: his daughter Grace Bailiff; his sister Karen Davis (David) of Cecilton, MD; his fiancée Patricia F. Whittington of Joppa, MD; his nieces, Allyson McCraw of Warwick, MD and Mackenzie Davis of Cecilton, MD; his nephew David Davis IV of Cecilton, MD; and his great-niece Olivia McCraw of Warwick, MD. He is also survived by many loving family members and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to either the National Kidney Foundation or to the David Bailiff Memorial Fund, for the establishment of a memorial to continue David's legacy in the bagpiping community, both in care of Crouch Funeral Home, 127 S. Main St., North East, MD 21901.
