He is survived by: his spouse Jacquelyn McHale Margist; his parents, Leda Glenn Widdoes of Oxford and James Henry Margist of Florida; his sons, Daniel James Margist, Jr. of Polk City, FL and Joseph Margist (Tiffany) of Bartow, FL; his stepson Robbie Mullen of Paradise; and his siblings, Lisa Johnson (Kerry) of Jacksonville, FL, Michelle Hartley (Thomas) of Oxford, James Margist (April) of New Providence and Michael Widdoes (Kathleen) of Oxford. He is also survived by siblings; seven grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
