She was predeceased by: her husband William H. MacNeal III; her parents, Joseph Fisher and Florence Fisher (Taylor); her sister Barbara England; her brother-in-law Floyd England; her brother Howard Fisher; her sister-in-law Sandy Fisher; her foster brother James Russell; and her sister-in-law Nancy Hicklen.
She is survived by: her daughter Janice Price (James) of Oxford; her granddaughters, Ashley Price-Gillinger (John) of Oxford and Sarah Price of Oxford; her brother Joseph Fisher (Gayle) of Oxford; her foster brothers, David Bristow of Oxford and Frank Jobeck of Oxford; and her sister-in-law Cheryl Russell of Weirton, WV. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
