He is survived by: his wife Anne of Oxford, PA; his sister Nancy Teat of Milford, DE; his children, Charles Jr. (Debbi) and Eva Marie Ross of Cambridge, MD; and his stepdaughter Anne Donaldson (Mike) of Oxford, PA. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren, 2 Step Grandsons, 7 Great Grandchildren and 3 Step Great Grandchildren.
