He is survived by: his wife Hazel Gray Duncan; his brothers, Albert (Shirley) of Virginia, Edgar of West Chester and Allan (Pricilla) of Virginia; and his children, Patricia (Charles White) of Parkesburg and Charles, Jr. (Traci Thomas) of Coatesville, PA.
