It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Casey Birge of Oxford, Pennsylvania, born in Liberty, Texas, who passed away on January 21, 2023, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Hale Douglas Huckabay (PawPaw), Robert L. Birge, Sr. and Lassie Joan Dry; his aunt Alvera Faye Birge; and his stepfather Ronnie D. Bane.
He is survived by: his wife Beth Coolidge; his children, Cabe Douglas (Ashtin Schnell), Caleigh Noel, Caden Jacob and Carol Anne; his grandsons, Jeremiah, Elijah, Jonah and Houston; his parents, Margaret Ann Bane [Huckabay] of Liberty, TX and Robert L. Birge, Jr. of Leona, TX; his siblings, Morgan Wurz (John) of Burleson, TX, Tiffani Birge of South Jordan, UT and Joshua Watkins of Oxford, PA; his grandmother Virginia Huckabay [Wright] of Liberty, TX; his uncles, Hawl Denton Huckabay of Rockdale, TX and James Birge of Hardin, TX; his nieces and nephews, Andrew, Alexander, Aiden, Audrey Viehweger, John Jr., Dallin and Kaitlyn Wurz; and his cousins, Erik Thomas, Amber Tristan (Matt), Jamie, Sara and Cheyenne Birge.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests for donations to be made to one of the following organizations Casey was an integral part of during his 22 years of coaching youth sports: Huffman Little League, Lake Houston Conquerors or Northside Falcons.
