She is survived by: her husband Charles Carter; her sons, David Carter (Stephanie) of Coatesville, Andrew Carter of Avondale and Chuck Carter, Jr. (Vanessa) of Elkton, MD; her grandchildren, Patrick and Kinsley; and her siblings, Marguerite Riggins of Brookhaven, Ann Yeatman (Marty) of Coatesville, Linda Riggins of Duncannon, Kellie Casey (Terry) of Oxford and James Riggins (Maryann) of Kennett. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
