She was predeceased by: her parents, John Fleer and Rose Tanner Fleer; her husband William James Atkins; and her sister Edna Fleer of Perkasie, PA.. She is survived by: her son William James Atkins Jr.; her daughter-in-law Renee Atkins; her daughters, Virginia Elizabeth (Christopher), Joanne Lorraine (Hassan Alaoui Towson, MD) and Sandra Beth (Thomas); her sisters, Joan Luff and Elizabeth Anderson (Thomas); and her sisters-in-law, Joanne and Renee. She is also survived by Ten grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
