He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara J. Kelsh (Jefferson); his parents, Patrick Kelsh and Agnes Kelsh (Connor); his daughter Elizabeth Kelsh Tews; and his siblings, Thomas Kelsh and Patricia Cowan.
He is survived by: his children, Margaret A. "Maggie" Argue (Glenn) of Green Lane, PA and Daniel J. Kelsh (Louise) of Huntingtown, MD. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
