He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Everett Fletcher and Marjorie Fletcher (Morris). He is survived by: his wife Gay E. Fletcher (Reigle); his children, William David Fletcher and Renee Lynn Fletcher; and his sister Diane "Baby D" Sherman (Scott Sherman).
