He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert B. Dake and Alice A. Dake (Mattison); his son Jason Dake; and his siblings, Betty, Charlie, Herb, Arlene, June Dake, Donna McFall and Sandy Davis.
He is survived by: his pets, CoJoe, Shilo and Benjy; his wife Anna Owings; his sons, Mathew (Mitsy) and Timothy Dake (Robin); his grandchildren, Cherish, Diana and Joseph Dake; and his siblings, Sue Surine, Jim and Harry Dake. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
