He is survived by: his wife Marlene Sticklin; his sons, Nicholas and Spencer of Osceola; his stepchildren, A. Luther Starkweather II (Morgan) of Wellsboro and Melissa Leister (Dan) of Mansfield; his grandchildren, Aaden, Kassandra, Destiny, Kaydence and Carson; and his siblings, Robin Doan (Angie) of Warren Robbins, GA, Jeffrey Doan (Gail) of Osceola, Tessa Mundrick of Williamsport and Mona Holland (Bob) of Addison, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
