He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford "Ford" Patterson and Nina Patterson (George); and his sister Betty Bloom of Sabinsville. He is survived by: his wife Norma R. Rathbun; his children, Daniel Patterson (Pamela), Paul D. Patterson (Cynthia), Pamela Corinha and John Patterson (Karen); his grandchildren, Jeremy, Corey, Cody, Jake Patterson, Ashley Patterson Nelson and Madeline Patterson Baleno; his great grandchildren, Kaylie, Breann Patterson, Ellie Baleno and Evelyn Nelson; and his siblings, Joanne Fitzwater, Dorothy Cole, Nancy Bartoo and Duane Patterson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Kenyon Funeral Home (214 W Main St, Elkland, PA 16920). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
