It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melanie Kemp of Osceola, Pennsylvania, born in Wellsboro, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 12, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Marie Fry (Zinck); her stepson Shawn Kemp; and her son-in-law Joe VanOrsdale. She is survived by: her husband Wallace Kemp; her daughters, Teresa Wood (Lee) of Osceola and Charity VanOrsdale (Paul Hurler) of Elkland; her stepchildren, Kim and Sam Kemp; her grandchildren, Hayley Wilbur, Travis Flynn, Cameron Logan, Kasey Gardner and Danika Gardner; her stepgrandchildren, Andy, Shelby, Nicholas Kemp, Quinton Wood and Victoria Rose; and her brothers, Jim Bennett (Nancy) and Alan Bennett. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to the funeral home to help the family with expenses.
