She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Winters and Dorothy Winters (Kephart); her spouse Wasco Latosky; and her siblings, Minervia Murawski, Beverly Lutz, Melvin Winters and Stanley Winters.
She is survived by: her children, Judith Ann Cuetara (David) of Bonita Springs, FL and Thomas W. Latosky (Linda) of Houtzdale, PA; her brother Bradley Winters (Donna) of Tampa, FL; and her grandchildren, Scott Latosky (Joanna) of Houtzdale, PA and Jodi Oppel (Nicholas) of Philipsburg, PA. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
