She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert A. Williams, Sr. and Bernadine L. Williams (Walk); her husband John S. Frank; and her brother Robert A. Williams, Jr. (Wilma). She is survived by: her close friend Paul Clancy, Jr. of Chester Hill; her daughters, Sarah A. Frank of Philipsburg, PA and Kristina A. Frank (Al Hagger, Jr.) of Clearfield, PA; her siblings, Tamara Hussey (Keith) of Milton, FL, Renae Kelly of Houtzdale, PA and Terry Williams of Osceola Mills, PA; and her grandchildren, Kash Crock and Klue Crock.
