Surkovic of Philipsburg, PA and Vincent E. Sukovic of Osceola Mills, PA; his sister Barbara Lutz (Stanley) of Houtzdale, PA; his granddaughters, Alisha Surkovic and Emily Surkovic; his niece Tracy Southern; his nephew Robert Lutz; and his great-nephews, Derek Southern and Tenner Southern.
