He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert H. Lawhead, Sr. and Marie J. Lawhead (Ball); his former wife Mary Louise Lawhead; his son Justin Lawhead; and his brother Les Lawhead.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl I. Lawhead (Meyer); his children, Andrea Smith (Dave) of Glen Richey, PA, Laura Cassel (Mike) of Vineland, NJ, Becky Lawhead of Pittsburgh, PA, Cheryl Ann Kramer (Mark) of Woodland, PA, Alice Ford (Mike) of Beaufort, SC and Kelly Lawhead (Heather) of Salisbury, MD; his siblings, Claire White of Kennisaw, GA and William Lawhead (Bev) of Hyde, PA.; and his grandchildren, Courtney, Jake, Hunter, Sophie, Marissa, Avery, Joselyn, Gage, R. J., Sabryna, Abby, Hannah and Abigale. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
