He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Scaife and Nora C. Scaife (Reams); his wife Ellen Jane Scaife (Dixon); and his sister Dixie McFaye. He is survived by: his children, Janelle Rojik (Wendel) of Petersburg, PA, Wanda Hockenberry (Greg) of Bellefonte, PA, Steve Scaife of Philipsburg, PA and Mark Scaife (Mary) of Osceola Mills, PA; and his siblings, Florence Miller (Galen) of Randallstown, MD and Melvin Scaife (Eileen) of Shade Gap, PA. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Heath Funeral Home & Cremation Services (701 Lingle St, Osceola Mills, PA 16666). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
