He was predeceased by: his father Shinafelt; his grandmother Dorothy Shinafelt; and his nephew Justin Myers. He is survived by: his mother Bernadine E. McGuire of Houtzdale, PA.; his children, Amber Pierson of Osceola Mills, PA, Cassandra McGuire of Philipsburg, PA, Deana McGuire of Philipsburg, PA, Stephanie McGuire of Philipsburg, PA, Michael McGuire of Pittsburgh, PA and Christopher McGuire of Osceola Mills, PA; and his siblings, Diana McGuire of Osceola Mills, PA, Russell McGuire of Osceola Mills, PA and John McGuire of Osceola Mills, PA. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
