We are sad to announce that on May 23, 2022, at the age of 90, Phyllis Jane Dunlap of Osceola Mills, Pennsylvania, born in Philipsburg, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry E. Cowfer and Kathryn M. Cowfer (Tingle); her daughter Paula Jane Horan; and her sisters, Marion Dunlap and Lois Jean Thompson.
She is survived by: her husband Frederick R. "Tim" Dunlap; her son Timothy B. Dunlap (Beth) of Philipsburg, PA; her brothers, Thomas Cowfer (Nancy) of Osceola Mills, PA and Paul Cowfer (Gail) of Altoona, PA; and her grandchildren, Tim Horan, Katey Horan, Spencer Dunlap and Bryce Dunlap. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
